Natural cultured pearls are organic treasures requiring gentle handling to protect their delicate surface nacre layers and maintain the high-shine sterling silver finish:

• The "Last On, First Off" Rule: Always apply your makeup, perfumes, hairsprays, and body lotions before putting on your earrings. Cultured pearls are porous, and cosmetic chemicals can compromise their surface luster over time.

• Remove the earrings before swimming in chlorinated pools, relaxing in hot tubs, or taking a shower.

• Take the earrings off before exercising, playing sports, or going to bed to prevent the contoured silver hooks from bending out of shape.

• Avoid automated cleaning methods: Never place these earrings inside automated ultrasonic cleaners or steam machines. High-frequency vibrations and intense heat can loosen the terminal pearl settings or fracture organic gems. Do not use harsh liquid chemical silver dips.

• To clean safely: Gently wipe the pearls and silver elements after wear with a clean, dry, ultra-soft microfiber cloth to remove surface skin oils.
