Shipping policy

At Orvanse, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently, wherever you are.

• 🇮🇪 Ireland — Free standard shipping on orders over €100 | €5 flat rate under €100
• 🇪🇺 Europe — €15 flat rate
• 🌍 Rest of the World — €25 flat rate

Dispatch & Delivery Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• Ireland: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

If no specific delivery date is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order confirmation in accordance with EU consumer law.

Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or charges applicable in their country. Orvanse is not liable for these costs.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at edgarsalazar@orvanse.com and we will investigate promptly.
