Natural tanzanite is a rare and precious gemstone that requires dedicated care to ensure its longevity:

• The "Last On, First Off" Rule: Always apply your cosmetics, perfumes, hairsprays, and hand sanitizers before putting on your ring. The chemicals and alcohol present in daily products can dull the stones and film over the delicate settings.

• Tanzanite is a softer, more brittle gemstone (ranking 6 to 7 on the Mohs hardness scale). To prevent accidental chips or scratches, remove your ring prior to engaging in physical activities, household chores, or sports.

• Always remove your ring before handwashing, showering, or swimming. Prolonged exposure to tap water, harsh soaps, and pool chlorine can build up residue beneath the fine pavé setting.

• Never clean this piece with aggressive chemical jewelry dips, home liquid cleaner solutions, or automated ultrasonic tanks.

• To clean safely, gently wipe down the sterling silver band and the gemstones using a completely dry, ultra-soft microfiber jewelry cloth to lift dust and skin oils.
