• Always remove your earrings before showering, swimming, washing your hair, or handling household cleaning solutions. Hard water minerals and soap scum can accumulate under the open basket settings and block light filtration.

• While sapphire is exceptionally hard (9 on the Mohs scale), the silver links and posts can bend under physical pressure. Remove your earrings before sleeping, hitting the gym, playing contact sports, or salon hair appointments to avoid catching or warping the components.

• Never use aggressive commercial jewelry liquid dips, harsh chemical cleaners, or automated steam machines.
