Natural aquamarine belongs to the beryl gemstone family and is durable for daily wear, but its artisanal silver setting requires gentle care to protect its polished highlights:

• Always apply body lotions, perfumes, tanning formulas, and hairsprays before slipping on your necklace to shield the silver and gemstone from surface-dulling chemicals.

• Remove your necklace before showering, bathing, swimming in chlorinated water, or sleeping to protect the delicate chain links and stone setting from pulling or chemical erosion.

• Avoid exposing this piece to automated ultrasonic cleaner basins, boiling jeweler steamers, or abrasive commercial jewelry polishing dips.

• To clean safely, gently wipe down the aquamarine gemstone and the textured silver pendant with a completely dry, ultra-soft microfiber jewelry cloth to remove ambient dust and oils.

• Store your necklace flat inside its own soft fabric pouch away from harder jewelry pieces, like diamonds or sapphires, to prevent accidental surface scratches.
