Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works

Orvanse offers a flexible partial payment option, allowing you to secure your order with a 10% deposit at checkout and pay the remaining balance before your order is dispatched.

Payment Structure

• Deposit (paid at checkout): 10% of your order total, charged securely via card or Klarna at the time of placing your order.
• Remaining balance: The outstanding 90% is due before your order is shipped. You will receive an email with a secure payment link and clear instructions.

Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed once the initial 10% deposit payment is successfully processed.
• You will receive an email confirmation including your order summary, deposit receipt, and details of the remaining balance due.

Cancellations & Refunds

EU Consumer Rights: If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification (cooling-off period), in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.

• Deposit: Non-refundable if you cancel more than 14 days after placing your order, as it covers payment processing and order reservation costs. Your statutory rights under EU law are not affected.
• Remaining balance (if already paid): Fully refundable if you cancel before your order has been shipped. If cancelled after shipping, our standard Refund Policy applies, including the 14-day return window.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers may not be combinable with the partial payment option unless explicitly stated at checkout. The deposit amount is calculated on the full order total before any applicable discounts.

Your Agreement

By selecting the partial payment option at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this policy. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer remain unaffected.
